The Department of Educational Administration is one of the newly established departments as part of the developmental plan for the Faculty of Educational Sciences. The faculty welcomed its first cohort in the 2020/2021 academic year for the Higher Diploma in Educational Administration. Since then, the department has achieved several accomplishments, evident in its outstanding graduates who have contributed to meeting the Ministry of Education’s need for qualified educational leaders and enriched scientific research in the field of educational administration through studies and consultations provided by the department’s faculty members. The department aims to achieve leadership and excellence in preparing educational leaders academically and professionally, in light of the transformations occurring in higher education in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and its distinguished universities. The department’s staff and students share the responsibility of realizing this goal. We also affirm that our approach in the department is student-centered, as students are the core of our work, the focus of our operations, and the impact we aspire to achieve in serving our community. Through them, we can fulfill the vision, mission, and objectives of the department, contributing to the university’s strategic plan.

To provide outstanding education and training for students, equipping them with the latest methods and techniques in educational administration and providing training in these areas. Additionally, we aim to strengthen the effective partnership between the university and community institutions to supply society with specialized human resources in the field of educational administration, enabling the delivery of the best modern educational leadership models.
