The faculty was established by a decision from the Higher Education Council No. (221) dated 6/8/2009. It currently includes five departments offering bachelor’s programs in Islamic Banking, Business Administration, Accounting, Management Information Systems, and Financial and Banking Sciences, as well as master’s programs in Islamic Banking, Accounting, and Business Administration.

The faculty has obtained special accreditation for all its programs and regularly updates its curricula in alignment with the accredited plans of its peers at global and local universities. It ensures that its programs align with the knowledge areas recognized for administrative sciences at universities operating in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Additionally, it integrates theoretical instruction with practical experience and continuously develops its offerings to meet comprehensive community needs.

The Faculty of Business Administration has excelled in university competency exams and competitive exams for students and graduates, which is reflected in the high employment rate of its graduates compared to other colleges at local universities.

The faculty is committed to ensuring quality by applying the quality assurance standards set by the Jordanian Accreditation Council for Higher Education Institutions. This commitment aims to enhance the quality of education and outcomes that meet the fast-evolving needs of local and Arab labor markets.

Additionally, the faculty focuses on promoting and supporting scientific research within the university by organizing seminars, workshops, and conferences, as well as inviting specialists. It also encourages faculty members to engage in innovative research to assist both public and private sector organizations in achieving sustainable development and leadership.

The faculty is moving towards increasing the role of information technology by improving its technological infrastructure and integrating e-learning, in line with the guidelines provided by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. This initiative aims to enhance educational services for students and ensure continuous and effective communication with them.
