The Department of Institutional Communication and International Relations   is honored and appreciative to serve our esteemed academic community through the Institutional Communication and International Relations Department. We are making significant efforts, following a clear and positive strategy with the goal of raising the university to the rank of international institutions.

 

The Department of Institutional Communication and International Relations was established when Ajloun National University was founded, and it functions as a key component of the university. Maintaining the university’s connections with official, popular, local, Arab, and international entities in different fields is essential.

 

Our vision is to excel in providing services that create a competitive university environment. Our mission is to highlight the university’s identity, enhance its standing, and facilitate fruitful communication with relevant stakeholders.

 

One of our highest goals is to showcase the university and emphasize its characteristics, creating a positive image of it both locally and internationally. The department also provides supportive services to ensure the success of activities and events, contributing to cooperation with other academic institutions and attracting students from diverse cultures.

 

I express my deep appreciation for everyone’s ongoing and fruitful efforts in supporting the University’s mission and achieving its goals. We are all part of this remarkable journey, and the success of the department is an essential component of our university’s success.

The Public Relations and University Media Department aims to build a positive reputation and create a favorable mental image of the university among all segments of society (individuals and institutions), gaining their credibility and trust. We strive to achieve the highest levels of affiliation to the university among all its members.

To establish a bridge of communication and connection, promoting awareness of the university, its colleges, activities, and various achievements to all segments of society and diverse media outlets. We seek to enhance a work environment that fosters creativity, excellence, and idealism, creating a familial atmosphere and nurturing camaraderie among university staff. Additionally, we aim to contribute to organizing events at the highest quality levels while engaging with evolving communication and information technologies.

  2. Attract new students locally and regionally.
  3. Market the university in suitable ways for targeted audiences.
  4. Document all events inside and outside the campus with news coverage and photos.
  5. Gather feedback and impressions about all marketing activities.
  6. Foster positive relationships with surrounding communities through support for healthy human interactions.
  7. Enhance concepts of loyalty and commitment to the university.
  8. Expand cooperation with civil society sectors, influencing and ensuring sustainability.
