The department was established at the inception of the university in 2009 and equipped with a computerized registration system to handle all tasks related to student registration, including issuing transcripts and other official documents.

To strive for excellence in delivering the best admission and registration services to university students, using the latest methods and technologies, in alignment with quality standards.

Organizing and updating admission and registration procedures for university students, while utilizing all available resources to provide services in the most efficient manner.

  1. Continuously updating the website to facilitate student registration and allow them to access their academic records.
  2. Contributing to academic guidance by raising student awareness of university policies and regulations.
  3. Electronically documenting and regularly updating students’ academic records.
  4. Enhancing workflow by incorporating feedback from students and faculty, ensuring high-quality service.
  5. Addressing challenges students may face during their studies, within the scope of the Deanship’s responsibilities.
